Default Popping sound in the rear

Hey guys,

I am new to this forum and was hoping to get some insight. I just recently started hearing a popping sound coming from the rear of my jeep. I hear it when I put it in reverse and back up a few feet or so and it will pop once and thats its. Weird I know. It has been bugging the crap out of me for a week or so now. I have laid under the jeep and analized every option possible and even tried grabbing things and shaking them to see if anything was loose. I cannot find to culprit. Please help if you have had any similar issue.

Thanks!
