Default Poor Throttle Response

After doing some work to my xj the throttle has been acting weird. When I put it to the floor it kinda bogs down like its getting too much fuel? I never had this problem before. When I try accelerating hard it will sputter like its gonna stall till I let up on the gas to about quarter throttle and then goes fine. But as soon as I go to floor it again it sputters and acts like its dying. I don't have any codes for any sensors other than the rear O2 sensor that isn't connected but it ran fine before. My thermostat isn't working either. The sensor is connected and everything but even when I know its warm it still doesn't move. Any ideas?

If this symptom started after the work you did, it is very possibly related.

Detail the work you just completed.

Well I changed my clutch. So pretty much everything on the throttle body, cps, and exhaust sensors got disconnected.
