How do I fix the popping sound in the passenger and driver doors?

You might try lubing that bar deal that Keeps the door from opening too far. I've found arisol chain & Cable lube is pretty handy for lots of things.

Or just lube the hinges, latch and stop assembly, then work it open and closed until you're pooped out. (sorry). *no I'm not.
