PO trans fluid type
WAt should I do if I need to add trans fluid but I dont know what the PO had in it?? Ive got ATF 4 full synth and dex/merc in the garage.

This topic is subject to debate, but I would definitely recommend staying with Dex/Merc III compatible fluid. Odds are also higher that the original owner was running this.
