LOL did you review the video before you posted it? Can't hear anything steering related.
Did you check the power steering fluid level? You might have air in the power steering system. Do this, jack up the front wheels, start the engine and move the steering wheel left and right but not full to the hard stop. If you go too far (hard stop) you will reintroduce air. Move the wheels back and forth 5-6 times without hitting the hard stops and the air bubbles will be removed.
