Default Plug wire boot removal

Does anyone have advice on pulling the plug wire boots off my 4.0, I've never seen em so hard to pull?

If '99 still has the distributor, do what the above poster said - twist and shout (when you hit your hand on some hard surface) If they are coil over plug, take and pull out while wiggling it back and forth.

I got a tool from Mopar performance years ago. It works great for pulling plugwires!

Sorry about the huge pics.
