so this is what i got guys.... found a thread on here... about coolant code 22 and the AUX e fan running all the time.. supposidly its an AC problem and because mine was ripped out and never replaced... that problem will never go away and i need to put a on/off switch on the e-fan if i desire to do so.... well thats good news but that only distracted me... still have bad hot start issues and today cold start issues.... after i get it running it seems to run good couple times at high RPM it may bog a little bit with no power... any suggestions? im going back to FUEL theory i had awhile back checking pressure and going to try and find some neon injectors at junk yard today..... also i need to check fuel electical lines now on was reasting on my exhaust... did not burn all the way threw any but i wrapped them up with electrical tape but maybe ill splice in new lines.. idk....

ok so this is what i got Fuel pressure.. 30psi threw whole range,... after engine cools off after shut off fuel pressure bottoms out slowly about 15-20 min it was pined to the needle.... after shut off is pressure suppose to drop at all ? thought id throw in, when cold it take like 4 good key turns to get it cranked over. after it has run i can shut it off and start it right back up, seems after pressure is built up in rail it has an easier start? any thought? leaky injector?

yeah once the pump is "primed" and i have built up the pressure in the rail it will start up... my fuel pump took a **** last year and i replaced the fuel pump, wont rule it out but has been working same ever sense i put it in. does any one know how to check the fuel pump out? also i was reading the chiltons book for my jeep it says, for a TBI motor "is only under pressure when the electric fuel pump is operating" so im holding off on that theory for now heading for tank, almost on E anyway might as well check it out.
