Invest in a good fuel rail pressure tester gauge. Snap on is the best. I have a suite of Snap on diagnostic tools that have saved me a lot of money and heartache over the years. Proper tools always pay off in the end. Seriously.
Dodge Neon injectors in your jeep..
There's alot of info on it here
Bt the ones you are looking for, deending on what type wire clips you have are either 703's or 784's
If your going to buy injectors consider this option. a nice diffeene in performance
Is your XJ farting & poping at idle on up?
Have you checked your compression yet?

thanks for info guys, tested fuel issue been awhile ruled that out pressure then was crap already changed the fuel rail and injectors i got from junk yard cheap money! that finished my fuel issue, just fyi the issue im having now is code 22 and 23 some how i got code 23 to clear out, i took another intake temp sensor and screwed it into my air intake box tube, works awsome recomended upgrade also.....
i really want to do injector upgrade to neon ones i have read that in a few places just dont have cash for them right now.
soo down to nit and gritty... was reading about idle speed and timing issues at diffrent RPM blah blah blah, checked my timing lmao it was running fine so you would thikn it was correct, but i tried this trick on the distributor the tab that is pre set for the screw ya i just took a hack saw and cut that ***** right off now after setting the timing on compression stroke and got it running i was able to turn the distributor slightly and fine tune it to right great! and of course its diffrent than stock slot for the distibutor. so anyway..........
back to CODE 22 hahaha ........ does anyone know why my fan kicks on right at start up and always stays on? think this has to do with code 22? i have been teadously looking at hoses and lines and wires..... and its not the DAMN SENSOR people! and i just spliced all new electrical lines in there so WTFO! lmao! should i just find someone to clear my codes somehow and see if it comes back?
