Does yours ever stall? Mine will stall but then fire right up. I don't really get a rough idle though, obviously if it stalls its rough but once it fires its good to go.

Probably a bad check valve in the fuel pump. Search "poor man's prime".

I have done this to no avail. It still does it no matter what. I have taken out the CPS and cleaned it out and that did not help much
