Sorry to hear you are having so many problems!
where did you get CPS? Get it from JEEP/Chrysler. others are known to be defective out of the box.
How good is your batery? get it load tested.
How is the condition of your (BOTH) Battery terminal cables?
I replaced BOTH of mine and made A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE in starting.
Definitely replace fuel ballast resistor.
use some of that wire loom stuff (ribbed... "for her pleasure!" HAHAHAHA
, sorry, could not help myself...
) for around the injectors wires like Flinstone was talkin about.an FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, WILL YOU CHANGE THOSE SOCKS! THE SMELL! AWWWWWWGH!
jes kiddin!
CHECK ALL GROUNDS in the engine compartment, make sure they are clean and tight!
good luck sir!!! Wish you the best!
my 2 cents worth of drivel for today

Ok update, I am under the hood now. I cleaned up the terminals and plugged everything back in. Now when I go to turn it on the following happens.
1) turn key to ON position and fuel pump kicks on
2) turn the key to crank and all I hear is the relay to something(cause I'm doing it by myself) click and nothing else happens. I know it's not the starter clicking and I swapped the relay with a new one and still does the same thing.
So this I what I did next. Used a test light in each port that the relay plugs into and only power to terminal 85. Any ideas?
