I have a clunk followed by light grinding/chirping when accelerating from a dead stop.goes away as soon as throttle is lifted or shifts to 2nd.makes no noise once you are moving even under wide open throttle only from a stop.99 4wd aw4/242 4.5 lift 33 tires

 

Check your engine and trans mounts. Also make sure your exhaust isn't touching the crossmember.
