Default PLEASE please help cranks alot before starting...

I posted a while back that my 90 cherokee cranks 20 or more times before it starts. Did what everyone said and still takes forever..

Gets perfect spark.Perfect Fuel Pressure. New Fuel pump, Filter and Relay. Put a different battery also. Replaced injectors
I replaced the crankSensor today, we took out the IAC? motor and cleaned it, it was black and stuff cleaned it inside a little bit. It started way better almost right away like 3 cranks. Went out few hours later and agian 20 or so cranks then finally starts. it is kinda cold out 55 or 50 but still Not taking forever. I love this truck but if i cant get it to start right away im gunna sell it. Now I dont know if this could be it but It is charging at 13 or 14 it shows but when i turn on the head lights and heater and all that and roll the windows down and it goes to around 9 or 10. Did a load test and my pops said the alternator is going out. someone said the ground wires check them but this truck is so clean never seen a mud puddle ( just bought it) Starters good also. my pops is a well respected mechanic and he is stumped.. Sorry for typing so much but can ANYONE please help me.. Anyone had this problem and what did you do or something..
thanks

Try the fuel pump ballast resistor. It's the little white rectangular ceramic thing on the firewall. It restricts electrical current to the fuel pump. When failing, even your new fuel pump won't get enough power to operate properly.

I'm sure there is a test for it, but I don't know what it is...
Autozone's website shows it for $8.99. Part# 8214
Might be worth trying

could be the ballast resistor, but they either work or they don't. always good to have a spare in the glove box at all times tho.

might be the check valve. it may be letting all the fuel drain back into the tank.

try turning the key on a couple times to just turn on the fuel pump and prime the fuel rail before you crank it.
