Perm. ON Tail lights, Parking lights, and Gauge Cluster.
Hello everyone!
New day, New problem with my Jeep! I Drive a 1995 Jeep XJ and I've come into quite a weird issue. My parking lights, gauge cluster, and tail lights won't turn off, switch check; functional, Checked the fuses; Only way to kill the lights is to kill the entire system by pulling the FUSE BLOCK fuse from the power distribution center under the hood. I'm at a loss here. Any suggestions or questions are welcomed and will be monitored and replyed too. Hoping someone knows an obvious fix for it considering id have to pull my fuse everytime I get out of the vehicle.

My first place to start would be removing the tail light bulbs. I had an issue a month ago where the bulbs had separated from their base just enough to cause a short that made all my lighting act similarly weird in my 1996.
edit: bought new bulbs when I realized this and replacing them fixed everything.
