parts swap
My 90 has been showing its age as of late and I have come across a complete 88 pioneer with all the goodies, and a four inch rubicon kit on it for 800$. I know almost all of it should swap over but will the transfer case work it's the model with the part time, full time, low range not what I have. And can I put four door power window parts in a two door? any other useful info would be of help.

Probably will work. 91 was the change-over to 23 spline.

It ill bolt up fine to the trans. The issue you may have though, is if you have a vac disco axle and leave it that way. Your full time 4x4 wont work right, you will either have to switch axles or delete the shift fork in the axle and go with a long shaft, which is better anyways. Or a posi lock will work, but im not a fan of those.
I would also compare front and rear driveshafts between the two, as the aw4 is longer than the manual trans.
Otherwise, everything is a direct swap.

You will need to engage your front axle to use with full time as there is no provision on the 242 transfer case for vacuum. Here's how:

Just had a thought... could I run a manual engagement cable to operate the axle, instead of wedging the sleeve in the engaged position?
