How many clicks up should your p-brake go up before the rear wheels are
locked ? I just adjusted mine but I think I might of tightend the cable too
much, I can only go up 2 clicks. Is this too tight

Thanks, I loosened it to 5 clicks. I was worried that I might break something
because I'm so used to cranking it all the way to the top.

Adjust teh brake shoes FIRST. Then the cable(s) if needed. There is no magic number of "clicks".
I did adjust the brakes had to put on new drums, my insurance totaled out my jeep and I had to take it to a brake & lamp inspection to prove its safe. Long story short they said my drums were ran out past specs and p-brake was too loose, it's all good now.

I definitely need to adjust mine. My drums are a bit, uh, outta spec. The parking brake doesn't hold for reverse, and any slope greater than 20* defeats it going forward.
