P07C0 Engine Trouble Code

I got this code but I can't find any info on it. P07C0 Input/Turbine Speed Sensor A Circuit High

Following. I also just had this code come up on my trail rig randomly. Never seen it before on my other xjs!

So what i think happened was water got spashed or dripped into the two wire and plug packs that go to the transmission and computer. Take them apart clean them and fill with dialectric grease, put back together and cover in liquid electrical tape. I did this and the code went away. I did all and am still redoing all my plugs and connections in this manner.
