Recently got code p0740 while cruising in the rain abt to replace tranny fluid but is there anything else to look for in the line of fixing the code. I did a ton of research and there is so many possibilities hoping fresh fluid will help but any thoughts or simple tasks that could fix the problem

It could be the wiring harness or the TCC solenoid. Unplug the TCM and check the TCC solenoid resistance from the connector, and also check its resistance to ground.
