Got a check engine light for a p0432. It's a 2001 jeep sport XJ with 180k. It has California emissions so it's got 4 oxygen sensors. They were replaced about two years ago and they have about 40k on them (I drive a lot) ...now my questions is which 02 sensor is p0432 code referring to? They're still under warranty from autozone.

 

P0432 refers to the cat. Low threshhold blah blah blah bank two. So that would refer to the rear cat on the dual cat set up. Most people think if it is an O2 sensor that is causing this, most people think it is the cat though, it would be the rear downstream one.
