I know they're fuel injection and misfire both in #1 cylinder but what should I look at to fix? Fuel injector cleaner? What's the worst solution?

 

Anything that could cause it to misfire,injector,plugs,coil,which you have coil on plug,and the worst just because you asked,would be mechanical,like compression,but I doubt it would be. Injector cleaner might help,look at plugs also.

 

when was the last time you did a tune up it could be as simple as a tune up

 

could you elaborate on tune up? I just got it so maybe it does need one

 

In your case it would be plugs,you do not have wires,rotor or dist cap,plugs are easy to change.
