Over head console harness help!
I have an overhead console that I am instilling in my 99, its out of the correct year and I have everything that I need but On of the plugs on the harness got cut off, and I have no idea where on of the wires goes.
Its a single pink wire coming off of the harness going towards the plug down by your feet, I just cant find where it plugs into, or if its even needed, I have the wiring diagrams but they didnt help a whole lot, so Im hoping that someone has done this before that can help.

Attachment 100865I dont know if that picture helps but it seems to have been cut at both ends the beginning of the harness as well as where it appears to exit the harness on the way out

What sort of trouble are you having? Anything technical should be kept on-line in case any future forum goers (who are good searchers) end up with the same situation.

I found some pretty vague guides to the install and wiring for this, but it was for the older style ones. The wiring does run down and plug into the side by the passengers feet right? I searched and searches and only found 1 empty plug. Unless the existing plug for the dome light gets unplugged? The plugs were cut off my harness so I'm just trying to get an idea as to where it exactly plugs In

Correct. Your existing overhead light wiring harness gets un-plugged first, allowing for both of the OHC harness pigtails to be plugged in by the passenger feet.

does anybody know why there would be a little printed circuit board in my 01 Sport dome light assembly? I have two plugs, one for dome light power and another goes to little circuit board
