Default Only driver side window buttons working

I have a problem with my power windows. Only the driver's buttons work, no other buttons work. But when i roll down the other windows and someone hits a button it stops.

Mine does the same thing. My fathers is the same year/model as mine(1999) and it does the same too??? I'm curious about this too, I was about to post the same question.

Default Lockout

Window lockout is not working properly. There is a tread hear someware on bypassing the switch. I had to do mine, remove the drivers kick panel and short the power in and power out wires in the connector. Check the thread for the proper wires and then use a heavy paper clip to bypass the switch. Use black tape or some other insulator on the exposed part of the clip to be safe.

It took me about 5 minutes to fix this... THANKS GUYS!!!! I used a piece of shielded wire, not a paper clip though.

Now when i get to Massachusetts, I can fix my dads 99 cherokee too. He has the same issue.

My locks work fine, no issues with them.
