Default Oil on the spark plugs?

When I went to go start up my jeep the other week it ran for a bit. stopped running. now it has oil on the plugs. I checked the compression, and they are all at 125. I thought this was a little low? It's on every spark plug. I replaced the plugs, and waited a day and it fired up. then i turned it off because I had a compression tested plugged in. Then when i went to go start it again it didn't fire, and basically didn't act like it wanted to fire very much. I looked at the end of the compression tester threads and sure enough. oil. then I pulled some plugs out and they had oil on them and they were all charred. my mechanic says I need to do a leak down test. I've never done that. I was wondering if there was some quick fix or if i'm looking at a new motor/head gasket, or cracked block. also I recently had to weld some holes in the exhaust manifold before the o2 sensor.

cheers

Sure it's not gas on the plugs?

It's definitely oil mixed with gas.

Along with what cruiser said I’m guessing its fuel and you’re not getting spark . Do you have a spark tester ?

"no evidence of fuel dilution"

The oil definitely has some fuel in it. The past owner said that's probably from cranking it so much and the gas getting down through the rings?

125 is sorta low, but within the specs of from the jeep site. 189200 miles

is it possible that it would crank no start, and simply need an oil change?
