Oil seeping from head.
Im pretty sure I have oil seeping from the head gasket right behind the distributor. Ive changed the the dist. o-ring and the filter housing o-rings(all 3) and sealed the oil sending unit. s
So is it even possbable to leak from the head outside the engine and is the fix replace the head gasket?

I would bite the bullet and do the head gasket. The pressures in there are nothing to fool with using 'patch fixes' (if there is such a way).
It may seem like a big job, however you get to analyze so many other things during the job and you may do other stuff while it's apart.
