That i couldnt tell you, call around to a couple of chrysler dealers and tell them you need an oil pressure sending unit for a '88 cherokee, they will probably ask you the engine and a few other things.

Google it. I have a thread on here went from an oil change and a knock with a fram filter to a non-fram (mobile 1) and no knock. Oil pressure was terrible on the fram as well, cut the bastard open turns out it was just bypassing the filter element.

Theres a post on the (dont kill me for this) wrangler forum about the fram filters. It was an interview with the president of Fram. Basically what it says is that filter has to have been at least 5 years old because they have recently gotten a new system that will make it impossible for a filter like that to pass. He did say that filter was a actuall defect and not something somebody rigged for a video. Either way i still dont use them, just figured i would put that out there.
