Default Oil pressure and normal operating temp

I was wondering what the normal oil pressure is for an 01 4.0. I run about 40-50 psi on the highway running from 60-75. Cold start at idle is about 60 psi. But warm idle seems to be around 30 psi. Normal? As for operating temp, the only time it gets close to 210 is when the air is on or it has been sitting and idlling for some time. What does everyone else's run?

In the summer they all run hot and in the winter none have heat, lol.

Your temp reading is perfect, assuming it at least reaches 190 or so when warmed up.
People pay good money to not see the high side of 210.

Yeah, I noticed it fluctuated considerably between the summer and the winter. Thanks for the info. I didn't really do my homework when I got the Jeep about 8k miles ago so I am still learning.

Can I send the pic of your Jeep to the MI State Police so they can keep an eye out for you doing 75. LOL

Enjoy your Jeep and STOP worrying. I have had only 4psi on my DD for a very long time....so you have a wide margin to go!
