oil pan is really stuck

oil pan is really stuck
I am trying to pull the oil pan off my 1990 xj and it is completely stuck by the gasket. There is nothing holding it on or in the way and all bolts are out. The spaceing between the gasket and pan is too small to fit a razor blade even. if anyone knows of any ways to get it off it would be a great help. Also will heat work?
