oil leak

hey everyone i have a oil leak comin from where the oil filter. what could cause this to happen i think it might be that L shape adapter .is there a way to bypast that ???

May need to pick of some new Oil Filter Adapter o-rings on it. I have a right up here... Just ignore the motor mount part. Dealer part for about 10 bucks. The o-rings here are known to go bad.
