Default Oil Leak

I recently found an oil leak near the passenger side front wheel (image attached) and I am thinking it is the seal inside the diff. It is a pain to disassemble so I would like a second opinion before I start removing everything to replace the seal. Could there be something else leaking at that location that is easier to check?

Pull the wheel off and have a gander. Good eyesight is all that is required to diagnose it.
