Id get a napa gold or silver, both are made by wix. Gotta be careful with the Mopar ones, many are actually just rebadge fram filters.

I use Purolator Pure One.

I would NOT recommend the low end Fram filters. To be fair, Fram's high end filters are okay, but I pay less for the Pure One on sale and it's tough to beat the reviews and analysis of those.....

Basically, avoid Fram and you'll be safe.

I use a Mobil 1 filter and I'm very happy with it

Default oil filter

After reading numerous articles and watching several youtube videos I've desided to replace the fram that I just put on last month with either a Mobil1 M1-301 or Motorcraft FL-1A oversized filter. For 93 and newer models with horizontally mounted filters there is no modifications.
I learned about these filters when reading my new High Performance Jeep Cherokee XJ Builders Guide. There are several other filters that will interchange, these 2 are just my picks. Just my 2 cents, Good luck. Also here is a good read. http://minimopar.knizefamily.net/oil...reference.html
