So here is what I know.
1995 Cherokee 4.0 H.O auto
Has a new head gasket PO put one in right before I bought it.
Oil comes out of the dip stick but only while driving. Does not shoot out while idling. Runs strong no knocks or smoking. No oil in air filter box and PCV vent tubes are clear. No coolant in oil or water. Oil is fresh and not over filled.
I think its cause by to much pressure in the crank case. But what else could cause this?

 

Does your pressure gauge read accurate? I think it may be your oil pressure sending unit going bad or is bad and causing too much pressure as you said. I'd say check and replace that.

If it's a new problem, see the thread rrich linked. Most likely a restricted CCV system.
If it's gone on since the head gasket was replaced...I'd be suspicious of a subpar install job with a minor cylinder => oil passage leak.

FWIW, the pressure sender has no control over oil pressure, it is merely a measuring device.
