Oil burning and leaking
When I first bought this thing I was told it had a slight oil burning coming from the exhaust at start up. No big deal, just a sticky valve or something minor. I looked under it and all through it before purchasing and there were previously no leaks. Within the first few fill ups I noticed it burned tons of oil. There was oil on the intake filter. I went to the parts store and got two of the pcv valves in there self help aisle, they said jeep on the package and looked identical to the ones before. I replaced those and the hoses. Better but still burning oil and getting oil on the filter. Ive since started getting oil leaks everywhere. Its leaking from the oil fill cap, rear main, and the oil filter adapter now and has even popped the dip stick out. I pulled the plugs and they looked fine. I did a dry static compression check and the numbers were good. Oil pressure is good. Am I missing something else that is blocked up now or am I due for a rebuild.

What year and engine?
Do you know what oil visc was in there before you bought it?
Have you changed to another viscocity or went from normal to synthetic?
These changes could reveal sub-leaking issues and bring them to the surface.

Ill have to update my info...
Its a 93 4.0 and I havent changed from dino to synthetic or vise versa. I cant say for the previous owner. I would assume he used cheap oil if he changed it at all. I know the Jeep was somewhat neglected before I bought it. Ive done tons of preventative maintenance. Ive used Castrol and Valvoline 5w-30 at first but since Ive been having to add I just started buying the wal mart or parts store brands.

Sounds like there's a lot of pressure building. There could be sludge built up around the rockers preventing the oil from draining out at a normal rate. I would pull the valve cover and take a gander. If it's bad then I bet you have clogged up oil return paths throughout the motor.
Hopefully this PO didn't use a stop leak in the motor to hide some leaks and cause all of this mess. Did it look oily underneath before you started having all these issues?

Hm, I'm not familiar with the engine oiling system but I'm certain there is something blocked causing excess pressure. What are the oil pressure numbers at idle and say, 3500 rpm?

Sixty driving while warmed up is high for Florida.
Also, blow-by from worn rings could be overpressurizing your crankcase, causing oil to blow out. The dipstick came out for a relief valve, so to speak.
When the piston is coming up to fire it is drawing oil up with it from the cylinder walls. That's where your smoke is coming from.
Does your oil smell like gasoline?
