Default Oil adapter roll pin

Hi i am going to install an oil adapter on my donor motor for my 98 stroker...this engine had the oil filter screw in directly to block so there is no roll pin installed to stop the adapter rotation. There is a hole drilled into the block housing for it though. I am using an adapter i had so it does not have the pin in the kit .anyone know the part number or size thanks

Steel roll pin, 1/4 dia, 1.5" long. I've got one right here in my hand.

Just tap in in and try the adapter fit, as long as the adapter fits tight against the block flange, you're good to go. Take the o-ring out to make sure it will fit tight.

Thanks...I thought it was hollow behind the hole but I see it is a drilled solid chamber that bottoms out 1/2 to 3/4 in so I assume I tap it in until it bottoms out...thanks
