Oh Great! Now what?
Hey! I'm dealing with a CEL code 41. A couple of weeks ago i bought a new battery and still get the code. Yesterday Pep boys bench tested my alternator and it was bad, they give me another one. (It has warranty) finished the install and it starts right up running a little rough and boom! Code 41 again!! Now what? It could be the ECM?
For clear things up i already clean all ground connections, battery has 13.2 volts and running shows 14.1 V.
Can someone could recommend something else to check? Thanks

Likely a wiring or connection issue. http://www.allpar.com/fix/codes/faults/code-41.html
"Open or short in the generator (alternator) field control (regulator) circuit. This indicates a problem with the charging circuit and the fault is set when the battery voltage from the ASD relay falls below 11.75 volts. Wiring, connectors, fuses, and the ASD relay should be checked. A shorted battery cell can also trigger this fault."

Also TPS, rotor, dist cap, sparks, sparks wires and ignition coil!! Haha couple of bucks just for routine maintenance.
