Ok so while out running errands during the tropical storm I ended up driving through High water. Everything seemed fine at first but now I'm running around 220* when I'm normally around 195*. And I seem to be loosing coolant. I noticed that the reservoir was low so I topped it off, drove to the hardware store and back and the reservoir was almost empty.
Also my air filter is a little wet in a few spots.

Running hot and losing coolant are pretty indicative of a cracked head or blown head gasket. Time to check the dipstick for muddy engine oil.
Cracked heads are pretty common on the 00-01 year models as you have the infamous 0331 head.
There are plenty of smart fellows here to better help you diagnose and repair.
