have some one watch the tail pipe while you rev the engine and push the button

seriously... easy to rig up with a button, some wire and a spark plug

No idea what for, as I am not an audio person, but the radio in my car was removed, and all the wires cut right off. I wouldn't worry about it. The worst it is doing is sitting there, hasn't caused a problem yet...

Probably to turn the amp on or off for example wen u see the cops
