^^ get a vacuum gauge.
As far as I'm aware you'd need to swap PCM, half of the wiring, sensors, and the entire fuel system to get OBD-II for a ScanGauge. 1991-1995 are primitive OBD-I.

You could just do it the old fashioned way and use some simple math. Figure up the gas used for the miles traveled. It has always worked from the time before computers. No sense in going to ALL that trouble of changing all that stuff out.
