o2 sensor throw a P1391, serious?

o2 sensor throw a P1391, serious?
Scoped cam, crank. In spec and sync is spot on. New plugs and coil rail. All sensors working and control signals to and from computer are correct.
grounds are clean and secure. Fuel pump at 49 psi only slight leak down
poor idle an dies somewhat violently once warmed up. Will always restart.
My fingers are tired of searching.
need to hear from someone who has fixed the problem, I’ve tried all the guessing what it could be
