O2 sensor heater fuse

O2 sensor heater fuse
Don't underestimate how this could be affecting idle after a cold startup.
Now that the weather was turning colder here in UT, my XJ was starting up fine, but the first minute or so the idle was very rough. No codes were being thrown. My O2 (NGK) sensors are just a little over a year old, same as my IAC.
I looked at the blue 15 amp fuses in the PDC, none appeared to be blown, but they were corroded/brownish at the contacts. Threw in all new fuses last night and this morning no rough idle despite it being the coldest morning of the year so far.
Just some info, YMMV.
