Bank 2 is the three backmost cylinders - nearest the firewall. Bank 2/1 is th upstream, bank 2/2 is the downstream.

I used Bosch when I replaced.

I recommend NTK for the 91-01. NTK is the OEM supplier and will give you the same sensor that you removed.

Second that. Replaced the overdue o2 sensor on my 91 with an NTK. Immediate difference and no complaints. Cheaper too.

Third vote on ntk, look on rockauto.com for a good price as well.

Didn't want to start a new thread since there was already one in regards to O2 sensor. Some time ago, I cleared all the issues causing my CEL. In the meantime, I had a cracked exhaust manifold. I just replaced it and now, after the engine has been running for a while, my CEL will come on; indicating too high/low O2 sensor voltage. But, when I shut her down and start it up again there are no codes.... until after the Jeep had been running for a while. Is it worth it to go ahead and replace the sensor?

NTK 23506 is the two downstreams for the 4-sensor models.
