o2 bung
I took my old downstream o2 off and its totally stripped (previous owner)so i cant thread new one in. So far nobody has a bung in stock for me to weld in, is it possible to weld a nut on from hardware store or are they too deep for it to work?

I wouldn't go with a nut, unless it's a jam nut. And even then, I'd cut the old bung off first before I welded a new anything on - just to make sure the sensor tip protrudes fully into the exhaust flow.

Any exhaust shop should have a boxful of HEGO bungs - they're almost universally threaded M18-1.5. I'm fairly sure that all of the Jeep HEGO units are threaded like that, it's very rare that a sensor has a different thread.

A jam nut is a half height nut - but you'll still need to burn the zinc off of it to get a good weld. Grind the old one off and buy a bung at your local exhaust house - or, if you have the manifold off, take it and a half-slab of beer in and ask them to do it for you (probably be the easiest thing they'll do all day. I've had plenty of work done this way - "I need a stub welded on this flange. I've got the stub, here's the flange, what do you want to drink?" Even shops are amenable to easy gigs and "free" beer...)
