np231 transfer case???

so im trying to order this lift and ive noticed the "Note-SYE Kit only fits models with NP231 Transfer Case."
so what does that mean????? i got a 97 cherokee country... with the chrysler 8.25...

Also... i still cant decide between rustys and Rc..

The kit you linked does include the TC drop kit. It's both typed on the page and shown in the pictures.

It sounds like you might be a little confused. The slip-yoke eliminator (SYE) does not come with that kit, though it is recommended. Instead, they give you a transfer case drop kit.
Both the SYE and TC drop kit are used to reduce drive line angles/vibration after lifting a vehicle. You typically have one or the other.
The particular kit you linked from RC comes with the TC drop kit so you don't NEED the SYE right now. Though the SYE is a superior solution over a TC drop kit..... but that is beyond the scope of this reply/thread.
