Default Notchy Low Speed Steering...??

I have a low speed "notchy" steering. It occurs when I pull into a parking space. Nothing severe but it bothers me. Could this be a sticking axle u-joint? I did replace them about 4 or 5 years ago with the Spicer (5-760 ? ). Are they telling me it's time to replace them again? Most if not all of the front end has been replaced excepting the ball joints. Any ideas?

Jack the front end up. Turn the stering wheel all the way to the side. Turn the wheel by hand to see if you can feel any resistance.
