Not starting, dying at idle

Hey guys,

I have a problem with my 93 4.0HO at idle or starting.
It wont start at all unless accelerating while cranking, not holding rpm's at stop.

My fuel pump seems to be loud as well.

Any ideas appreciated.

Maybe your fuel pump decided to die. How many miles does it have?
Go rent a fuel pressure gauge and measure the pressure at the fuel rail with the key on, I would tell you what its supposed to be at but I cant remember..
Im sure someone knows what the pressure is supposed to be with the key on.

cycle the key on and off about 5 times then try to start on like the sixth time, this should prime the fuel pump and it should fire up easier if its something along that area...
