Default Not starting???

My 2000 xj i just purchased will not start for the life of me, I have spark, fuel pressure, new battery, new starter, CPS, fuses are all good along with the relays, im running out of ideas I'm going to check the injectors next just to make sure.
It sat for about a year, just died one day on the highway.

Just keep cutting stuff off of your a Jeep, it will start once you cut enough of those pesky and bothersome parts off.

Check the alternator. Double check your battery.

you obviously didn't read the rules, because mentioning that you cut the catalytic converter aren't allowed, it's against forum rules

These engines are kinda simple. Just get spark and a little bit of go go juice and your Rollin (well maybe lol). Check your firing order and your rotor. On my 89 the rotor broke and put it 180 out for no reason yours might be the same. After that pull a couple injectors and see if there spraying correctly. It would be kinda weird if the all went out at once though right. Does it fire at all or just turn over?

It's a coil on plug engine, no chance of screwing up the firing order. Plus, how did he check for spark on this 2000 XJ? Smells fishy.

The way I would go about solving the issue is as follows: Set the engine to top dead center. then remove the distributor cap and make sure the rotor is at cylinder one. Assuming it is a cylinder one, take a spark plug out (3 is the easiest) keep the wire on the plug and touch the spark plug to the block then have somebody turn over the engine and visually confirm there is spark. If all the checks out then the problem is most likely fuel. Verify fuel pressure and check fuel injectors.

I took the coil packs off and pulled spark plugs into the coils, grounded a piece of metal off the battery and held the plugs over it and I had spark from all of them, I'm going to pull the injectors next and look at them

What is the fuel pressure? Your year should a have 49psi at the fuel rail. It needs to be checked with a mechanical pressure gauge connected to the rail.

The injectors are good, I took the valve cover off and there's a stuck spring and the push rod was bent pretty good. So would that cause it go not start, I figured it would still start but it would run like crap
