Normal Oil Pressure? 1999 XJ 4.0
I’ve seen posts saying that above 13psi is good, and mine gets to about 20-25psi at the lowest when its warmed up. I have only 45k miles on it though, so I was concerned if this was normal pressure for such a low mileage engine. Maybe 20 at hot idle is ok for a more worn in motor and maybe a sign of a problem in a lower mileage one? I run mobil 1 synthetic 10w-30, puralator oil filter, and have been driving in Florida summertime temps.

If you're reading pressure from the dash gauge those are not known for accuracy. You'd need to check with a good mechanical oil pressure gauge for accurate readings. Others can chime in but that sounds like decent enough hot idle pressure to me.
If there's no antifreeze getting in the oil (get an oil analysis if concerned) and no bad noises I would not spend a lot of time worrying about it.

In my '00, with about 160K, I get about 45 to 50 at start up. Goes down to about 23 at a very hot idle and will go up to about 45 to 50 while driving at that point still. About to put a mechanical gauge on her some time in the near future to see what the actually reading is.

If the needle hovers between 20 and 60 during normal operation, you're fine.
13psi is the MINIMUM pressure. The typical hot idle pressure is more like 20-25.
If you're concerned, you can get a pressure gauge from Harbor Freight for around $20 or borrow one from a friend or parts store. (I'd gladly lend you mine if you were nearby). I think you're totally OK though.

Thanks for all the replies, it stays pretty much above 40psi at cruise. I’m probably worrying about nothing, but it doesn’t hurt to ask.
