No turn signals

No turn signals
I'm new here but I figured I would go ahead and ask my question because the other threads I viewed weren't exactly the same problem as mine.
Just a few weeks ago, I lost my turn signals and my cruise control. I replaced the flashers first but it didn't fix that problem. I wired up some speakers and suddenly my signals started working again but then they went out. Could this be a ground issue? if so where is the best place to start?
Someone please help me this is frustrating
