I have spark. I put those extension things that you connect it and it shows the spark. And the jeep sat for a year. And it has 3/4 of gas but has no gas in fuel rail. But I'm going to check the firing order but its confusing this being my first time

 

if you are getting spark then it would have fired up on the starting fluid. that says no compression.

 

I got it running!!!!! But the fuel pump has no electeicty my unc thinks that its from the auto shutdown sinse the jeep was hit pretty hard. Do u guys know were that's at??? THANK YOU

 

The ASD relay is located under the hood in the fuse box. The cover should have the label that shows you which one it is.

 

I got it running. Changed the firing order n had to keep putting gas in t.b because fuel pump doesn't work. So ima take of the new cps clean it and hope autozone will take it back. But the fuel pump does not work so I'm going to get one at the junkyard. Anyone know wat year cherokees fuel pumps are compatibel with my 94. Just incase I don't find a 94. THANKS TO EVERYBOODYS ADVICE FOR HELPING ME START IT

 

Before you spend more money on it and more time pulling your fuel pump out, double check all of the electrical connections for corrosion and clen if needed. Does the fuel pump not come on at all?

 

No it does not come on at all. All I have checked is the fuse. And checked its paSsing electricity to the fuel pump .Can you tell me wich electrical connections to check please thanks

 

I was thinking of the connections for the pump at the tank. I was going to say check the rubber pick up line inside the tank if the pump was coming on. They have a tendency to come loose with age and reduce fuel flow. It came completely off on my 89 and was basically just sucking in the air at the top of the tank. But since yours does not come on at all....

 

What did you change the firing order to?
