No start.

No start.
I have a 1994 XJ and I was out wheeling yesterday and the O2 wire got cut. The Jeep ran rough and we attempted to fix the wire and I think the two wires touched on the O2 sensor. The Jeep will not crank or try to even start. I have swapped all the relays around and can’t get it to work. Thank you
