my jeep wont start half the time but will redneck start every time any ideas

then you need a new starter... since the solenoid is bad on the starter... unless your jeep is older where the solenoid is seperate from the starter on the fender... but i dont know since you dont have what your vehicle is listed... buy a starter...

i think yours is on the starter correct? then you need a starter...

mine did the same thing once, even with a new starter. i could redneck start it too. replaced the starter relay and it's all good now

hahahaah get some one to turn it over and check for power on the secondary wire on the starter ( the little skinny wire) if ur light lights or meter shows voltage its the starter if not its a wire check the nuetral safty switch
