Do you have spark or fuel?

Seems pretty odd to me that changing injectors caused this. Did they all measure in the correct resistance range when you tested them?

Sure you didn't touch anything else?

Default no start after installing TPS and Injectors

Hi Salad,
Same thing happened before. I cleaned the three connections down by the dip stick next to the firewall and it did the same thing. Fuel pump and fan ran with the key in the on position, I messed with it before the biggest connecter I believe, and it worked fine till now. Disconnected and plugged back in a fee times but Notta this time.

Pulled # 1 plug no spark, no current at injectors, fan and fuel pump stay engaged when in the on position and when trying to turn over also.. next move here is it the CPS? I have replaced Cap and Rotor Button.
Thanks Salad

Sorry I missed before what you wrote. What do you mean the ASD is clicking? Have you swapped it with another relay like the elctric fan? The PCM activated the ASD based on input from the crankshaft position sensor, and the ASD provides power to the engine harness, which includes the coil and injectors. Buzzing relays are bad

Hi Salad,
Yes I swapped out relays , still fan and fuel pump stay on when I have the key in the run position. Also as I try and start jeep, clicking from the ASD fuse still.
I was just in the process of changing the CPS now...one bolt left to get out. When I have time I will try and tackle it,bolt again, it is on there good, over tightened.
Thanks for your feedback

Default CPS Bolts

No way, I can't remove that last bolt...out of ideas. Moovit penetration fluid, tried bolt extractors socket type. It won't budge any ideas. I am thinking about towing to a garage and get it on the hoist. Not much of a head on the bolt may be stripped now.

Where would I get same bolts? Bigger head on bolts would be nice wt

Anybody have ideas how thew were able to remove there stripped bolts.

Appreciate your help Thank You

I got it on the hoist but snapped the bolt off, I drilled it out and retapped the hole. Installed new bolts. Still a no go but I did find a loose wire under the fuse box ( green/black stripe) that goes to the Computer...fire in the hole..lol. fixed it.

Thanks

Are you sure you are talking about the CPS? It has only two screws/bolts and it located on the top of the bell housing towards the driver side and normally they are not that tight. The tough part of the job is accessing the screws/bolts not removing them.

Hah...have you been following my post?...hard part is not locating them,it is getting one of them out. Star washer on the underside of the bolt made it difficult to remove, aluminum bell housing.
